Ciara Princess Harris was born on October 25, 1985 in Austin, Texas. She traveled all over the world because her father was in the US army. She eventually moved to Atlanta where she joined a girl group called Hearsay. The group had differences & ended up breaking up. She was noticed for her song writing & in 2002 she met producer Jazze Pha. He helped her sign a record deal with LaFace Records.
In 2004 she released her debut studio album, Goodies, which went triple platinum & spawned 3 hit singles: Goodies, 1,2 Step & Oh.
She has released 4 more studio albums since Goodies with her latest being one of my personal favorites.
Now as a new mommy to be. She is slowing down & letting her new album speak for itself. You go CiCi.
