She Did Dat: Hallelu Edition (Tika Sumpter)

Artist of The Week: Tamar Braxton
Born on March 17, 1977, Tamar is the baby sister of Grammy Award Winning Singer, Toni Braxton. She started her career with her sisters in a group called "The Braxtons" After losing two members, she & sisters Towanda & Trina continued with the group. Then she tried for a career, that wasn't very successful. In 2008 She married husband/Manager Vincent Herbert. In 2011 After starred in a reality series with her sisters called "Braxton Family Values" which was & is a huge success. This also opened many doors for her, including leading way for a new solo career.
Now as a new mother & with her new album "Love & War" being #1 in the country, Tamar is a very busy diva conquering it all. With her sassy, get you together attitude & her own Tamartionary of words, she inspires all, including some of my post titles. She is a rising icon & damn near there. In her words, she is getting her life.
Heel Session: Giuseppe
Tamar wrote these while attending the "Braxton Family Values" premiere in New York City. Giuseppe Zanotti's "Fire Wings" gold wedge sandals.
Shoe Show: The All Star "Area 72" Collection
These are some nice azz shoes. I think I would probably wait in line for a pair of one of these. There are five different models in this collection, which include the Blazer, Vandel, Lunar Force, Barkly Posite Max & Air Force Max 2013. They even glow in the dark. I gotta have them, ALL.
She Did Dat
Now this is one of her most memorable outfits. Showing off her baby bump as only she can. Here she is at the NewNextNow Awards with a gold, hooded gown & Michael Costello gloves to match. She did dat.
He Did Dat: Mindless Behavior
I already like their style anyway, but these outfits are killer,& those pants. Yaasss... They did dat.
Song of The Day: All The Way Home (Tamar Braxton)

Shoe Show: Mario Nikes
I loved these, even now. I would pull them out in a minute, if I owned a pair. Lol. Don't worry, you may see the newer versions in future posts.
She Did Dat: Anita Baker
This is the only lady, back in the day, who I felt was her own woman. She did what she wanted & had her own look. Even though her style was unique to her, she worked it. She did dat.
